MOCK_VERIFIER_CAPABILITY
constMOCK_VERIFIER_CAPABILITY:object
Defined in: types/src/guidance.ts:134
Canonical “what mock actually checks” capability fact (phase 264, Phase M).
Single source of truth for the neutral, precise clause every rendered
provider label appends when the provider is mock — cadence summary render, the on-disk <id>-SUMMARY.md sidecar, cadence doctor, cadence config explain, and the phase-243 fallback banners all reference this
constant (via formatVerifierRollupLabel in
@thomas-powers-jr/cadence-core/services/verifier-label.ts for the
SUMMARY renderers) so the wording can’t drift across surfaces.
Deliberately a SIBLING of MOCK_VERIFIER_NOTICE, not a replacement or an
edit to it: MOCK_VERIFIER_NOTICE.message is an activation nudge (“this
is NOT real verification, run cadence activate”) aimed at a reader
deciding whether to turn on real verification; this constant states a
neutral fact about what the two mock verifiers actually inspect, aimed at
a reader interpreting an already-rendered label. Both surfaces are wired
together where useful, but the wording — and the constants — stay
distinct. Covers both mock verifier families as one umbrella sentence
(deliberately not split into per-family variants): the AC verifier
(verify/mock-verifier.ts) checks only that each AC has ≥1 linked test,
and the code-review verifier (verify/code-review.ts’s
MockCodeReviewVerifier) flags every console.log(...) added in the
diff as a HIGH finding — neither reads diff content for behavior, reads
test bodies, or evaluates correctness.

One-sentence umbrella capability fact — what mock checks, and what it does not.
